IBackgroundTrafficManager	module interface	Defines the contract for a traffic generator manager within the BackgroundTrafficGenerator module of a eNodeB or gNodeB. This interface can be implemented by other modules to create a custom traffic generator manager; see BackgroundTrafficManager.
